Terms and Conditions: Available at participating CRT® stores for purchases made between 1-31 July 2023. One Numnuts® Device (SKU AD0100) for first-time customers of NumOcaine at the participating store who purchase a minimum of four 520-dose packs of NumOcaine (SKU APO201) in a single transaction (totalling at least 2080 doses) (Relevant Purchase). Limit of one Device per transaction per customer, and only while stocks last. Device will be provided to the customer at the time the customer receives the Relevant Purchase (e.g. on collection or on delivery to customer). If the customer returns the Relevant Purchase other than pursuant to its rights under the Australian Consumer Law, then the customer may be charged for the Device up to the RRP (up to $396 including GST) at the store’s discretion. NumOcaine and Device are to be used in accordance with label and instructions. Device cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other alternative item.
