TIACS is here for a one-off chat or on-going support, offering farmers and the rural community free and confidential phone or text mental health services.
CRT believes that location or finances should not be a barrier for rural communities and farmers to access mental health services. By joining the TIACS alliance, CRT is helping to remove these barriers through funding for free counselling sessions and raising awareness of TIACS vital service within the communities we operate in.
One in seven farmers have said they faced difficulty accessing suitable services in their community
CRT is proud to be TIACS’ first rural retail Platinum Alliance partner and to be raising awareness of the important, free service TIACS makes available to farmers, the ag industry, and rural communities.
““Nearly half of Australian farmers (45%) have felt depressed, with almost two thirds (64%) experiencing anxiety. For one in seven (14%), it’s a frequent experience.”
The mental well-being of Australia’s rural and farming community is important to CRT, that is why we have partnered with TIACS to make it easy for our communities to access mental health support to help tackle the challenges that life throws at us all.
